Welcome to Eyerise Technologies (eyerisetech.in). By accessing our candidate portals, submitting resumes, or issuing employer hiring mandates, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Candidate Portal Rules

Candidates registering profiles must guarantee the authenticity of their technical experience, credentials, and work history. Eyerise reserves the right to remove any fraudulent profiles, sandbox-cheated test submissions, or incorrect resumes from our active indexing databases.

2. Employer Engagements

Employer sourcing mandates submitted through the contact portals are processed according to our active Contingent or Retained Search contracts. All matching fees, vetting pipelines, and SLA commitments are coordinated through dedicated master service agreements (MSA) signed before candidate introductions.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom graphics, interactive dashboards, process flow diagrams, and styling tokens displayed on eyerisetech.in are the exclusive property of Eyerise Technologies.

4. Dispute Governance

Any disputes or legal questions arising from the use of our services will be governed by the laws of Maharashtra (registered HQ Mumbai), India.
